1. Remove the device cover.
2. Push the mouthpiece of the device to see the part where the capsule is placed.
3. Insert the capsule into the capsule-shaped cavity.
4. Close the mouthpiece.
5. Hold the device upright and press and release the side buttons once. In this way, holes are made in the capsule. It should not be pressed more than once.
6. Sit or stand in an upright position. Keep your head upright and slightly tilt your head back, hold the device in a horizontal position.
7. Exhale away from the device until the lungs are empty. Never blow into the device.
8. Place the mouth of the device between your teeth and grasp the device firmly with your lips.
9. Breathe as DEEP and FAST as you can.
10. Hold your breath for 10 seconds. Take the device away from your mouth and turn it off. After 10 seconds, you can exhale through your nose.
The cover of the device opens. It is seen that there is no powder drug left in the capsule inside the neohaler and the capsule is discarded. If the capsule is not completely empty, the procedures are repeated starting from item 4.
11. Close the device cover.
12. Gargle your mouth and throat with plenty of water to prevent thrush and cough after the application. Do not swallow the water. You can brush your teeth instead of mouthwash with water.
Things to pay attention:
– Neohaler type drugs are recommended for people over 6 years old and who can take this drug. It is not recommended for those who cannot draw strong enough and deep enough. Inhaler therapy is recommended for those who cannot draw strongly. It would be beneficial for your doctor to see that you are applying the medicine with the correct technique.
– Do not blow into the device.
– Never store in the refrigerator. You can store it at room temperature.
– You can use until the expiration date. Your passion will not be broken. Do not use if the expiration date has passed.
– Use your medicine in the dose and time recommended by your doctor.
– To clean the mouthpiece, you can clean the outside of the mouthpiece with a dry cloth once a week. Do not wipe with water or other liquid.
