What are the excluded situations?
Complaints related to emergencies requiring medical intervention within the first 24 hours following the occurrence of the event in cases of sudden illness, severe breathlessness, allergic shock, accident, injury, trauma, loss of consciousness, severe burns, chest pain, vomiting, and similar situations are excluded from the scope of this service. If you have such symptoms, we recommend that you apply to the relevant Emergency Health Care Units immediately.
Which application will the meeting be made through and how will it be initiated?
We will start the video call service by calling you at your appointment time from your mobile phone number that you shared while making an appointment and / or on our systems, via Whatsapp application or facetime on your phone, or via the zoom program.
How is the payment received?
By clicking on the link of the Istanbul Allergy payment page to be sent to your mobile phone or e-mail address, you can enter your Credit Card information using the secure payment infrastructure and without sharing your card information over the phone.
You can complete your transaction by confirming our Distance Sales Service Agreement on the same page during your payment process.
Does Istanbul Allergy e-Doctor Service have the right to control examination?
For the video call service you will perform with our doctor, you have the right to have 1 free Video Control call within 15 days. After the physical examination, you can use our online interview service for control examination and result interviews.
Can you get your control examination or result interviews as a video call service after your standard (in person) examination?
In order to evaluate your results after your physical examination in our clinic, and if your doctor informs you of your suitability during your control period, you can use this service free of charge by video call.
Are private health insurance or other institution agreements valid for Istanbul Allergy e-Doctor service?
Istanbul Allergy e-Doctor service is not covered by private health insurances, bank funds and other institutional agreements. Therefore, you are deemed to have accepted in advance that you will not receive the invoice repayment to be created for this consultancy from contracted private insurances.
Will a prescription be written after the Istanbul Allerji e-Doctor service?
– Our online video call service is aimed at ensuring the continuity of the treatment. Therefore, if your doctor approves, your prescription will be prepared and sent to you.
What should I do if laboratory and radiology tests are requested by the doctor?
If laboratory tests are required, you can benefit from the home blood collection service of the laboratories where Istanbul Allergy provides service for a fee. For imaging service, you can apply to the nearest imaging center. For ultrasound tests, you can get service from physicians who provide ultrasound services at home.
Will I pay an additional fee if my doctor directs to another department after the online video doctor interview?
Consultation and appointment will be charged separately.
What are the requirements for interview and connection?
Any smartphone with a front camera with Android, IOS or Windows operating system, Whatsapp or facetime or zoom applications as a video call application, and you must have a high speed internet connection for a quality call.
15 minutes before your appointment time, we kindly ask you to be ready for the interview service at a suitable place with your previous analysis results.
How long is the call?
Our meetings are limited to 20 minutes. This period can only be extended with the initiative of your doctor.
Before the appointment, our counselors can call you and take your notes before the interview. During this meeting, you can send the reports you want to share, if any, to the phone number you reached.
Can I use the phone number we called you for a video call to re-call the doctor afterwards?
The relevant number can only be used at the time of your appointment and for outgoing calls to be made by your physician. You can call our call center at +90 (850) 433 93 93 for any subject you want to ask or consult. After the examination, you can correspond with your doctor at times to be notified by your doctor.
What if I am not ready at the appointment / meeting time?
If you are not able to answer your phone when you are called by your physician at the time of your appointment and if you are not present at the relevant time, you will be deemed to have waived your right to use the service. In this case, no refund will be made.
In which cases can a fee refund be made?
The service fee paid can be canceled up to 2 hours before the appointment time without any charge. For this, the withdrawal form on the payment site must be filled in and sent to the Istanbul Allergy contact mail address (info@istanbulallergy.com).
However, for services that are canceled less than 2 hours before the appointment time, the remaining amount is refunded after the 30% service provision fee is taken. The withdrawal form must be filled in for a refund request.
